Thank you for shopping with Motoverse. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders placed through www.motoverse.autos.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed after payment confirmation.

  • Standard Products:
    Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 4-5 business days.

  • Made-to-Order / Custom Products:
    Certain motorcycle parts or accessories may require manufacturing time. In such cases, dispatch timelines will be mentioned on the product page or shared with the customer.

Orders are processed only on working days (Monday–Saturday) excluding public holidays.
2. Shipping Time
Once dispatched, delivery time depends on the courier service and destination.
Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 business days

  • Remote Locations: Up to 10–12 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Product weight

  • Package size

  • Delivery location

Shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment.
Motoverse may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or order values from time to time.
4. Courier Partners
Orders are shipped through trusted logistics partners such as:

  • Delhivery

  • BlueDart

  • DTDC

  • India Post

  • Other registered courier services

The courier partner is selected based on location, serviceability, and delivery speed.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • Shipping confirmation via email or WhatsApp

  • Tracking ID / AWB number

Customers can track their shipment directly on the courier partner’s website.
6. Shipping Address
Customers must ensure that:

  • The shipping address is accurate and complete

  • The correct contact number is provided

Motoverse will not be responsible for delivery delays or failures due to incorrect address information.
7. Delivery Attempts
Courier companies generally attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If delivery fails due to:

  • Customer unavailability

  • Incorrect address

  • Refusal to accept delivery

The shipment may be returned to our warehouse.
Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
8. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged or tampered, please:

  1. Take clear photos/videos of the package.

  2. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
